Daniel Nesley Ohl, 66, of Jacksonville Florida passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. He was a Vietnam Veteran, and proud of his service with the U.S. Marine Corps. He loved playing baseball in his youth, and later coached his son’s little league baseball teams. He served as a volunteer reserve police officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. In 1984, he made Middleburg, Florida his home where he realized his love of horses. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, aviation and playing the blues on his guitar. Daniel is preceded by his father, William, his mother, Anna Grace, and by his son, Daniel, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Sherry, and his sisters, Brenda and Carla. Visitation will be at Town & Country Funeral Home on Friday, October 30, at 6:00-8:00pm. The interment will be Saturday, October 31 at 2:30 pm at Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida.
