Born in Jacksonville, FL on October 13, 1963 to Curtis Raiford Davis, Sr. and Gail Francis Feeney, Curtis grew up in Jacksonville, graduating from Forrest High School in 1981. He married Pam B. Davis on January 26, 2001. Curtis worked as a Journeyman Electrician. He was of the Baptist faith. In his spare time he enjoyed NASCAR, the Florida Gators and the Jacksonville Jaguars, as well as fishing and getting in trouble with “Bubba” Donald Plowman. He also enjoyed spending time throughout the years with his mentor, Bill Horne.
Curtis was preceded in death by his former father in law, Jerry Bruce, Uncle Buster Tanner and his wife Birdie Tanner and fur babies “Gator” and “Tripp.”
He is survived by his wife, Pam Davis, mother Gail Feeney, sister Sherri Linden-Porter (Dean), brother James Lewis, sons Preston Davis, Logan Davis, Kenny Davis [Ashley], Timothy “TJ” Langley; daughters Ashley Davis, Heather Davis and April Beauchamp [Mike]. Additionally, twelve grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews as well as fur babies “Spring,” “Blu” and “Samson” survive Curtis.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations for sons Preston and Logan’s future will be appreciated.
A graveside service for Curtis will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, followed by a reception from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
