Constance Annette Blount

She was known to all by Connie and loved by all and member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She resided at Jammie’s Road Group Home for many years and the last months of her life were spent at Kinkaid Group Home. She was loved by the staff at both group homes and will be sincerely missed by all.

Connie is survived by her step-father, William Congdon; brothers, James Blount and Steven Congdon; sister, Lynn Foy; aunt, Betty Campos; niece, Sagen Blount; nephews, Craig Congdon, Andy Foy and Cale Blount; great-nieces, Sharlise Calloway and Ember Blount; and great-nephew, Atticus Calloway.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 01, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road N. Jacksonville, FL 32225.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 01, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road N. Jacksonville, FL 32225. Interment will follow at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Cemetery.
