Colleen K. Brown, 57, went home to be with the Lord on July 15, 2012. Ms Brown was born in Syracuse, New York and graduated from Liverpool High School in 1973. After relocating to Florida in 1976, she graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1981.
She was an elementary teacher in the Duval County Public Schools. In 1982 she married the late Donald Aaron Brown, a resident of Jacksonville. Ms. Brown is survived by her daughter and son-in law Heidi and Justo
Padilla, her son Joshua Brown and grandchildren Kairi, and Kayla Padilla.
