After graduating from Lincoln’s Challenge Military Academy in 2002, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He excelled as a Quartermaster, achieving the rank of First-Class Petty Officer and recently returned from a seven-month deployment to the 5th and 6th Fleets in the Middle East. He loved music, and enjoyed singing and writing lyrics. He was a skilled barber and most of all a devoted husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his father James Roach, mother Eloise Roach, sister Robbie Garrett, nephew Erwin Hemphill and father-in-law William Porter. Clarence is survived by his wife Takima P.
