Neighborhood camping crew that left unforgettable memories for his family included Glynn Ray and Kim Carrigg, Arthur and Kim Crawford.
Charles was a Loyal NASCAR fan, Go Earnhardt!! His last profession was a Mechanic. He continued to work and tinker on motors. He could fix anything.
His world revolved around this beautiful woman that first saw him laying on the ground at Tanner's laughing at Glynn Ray Carrigg. They were just teenagers. They got married in August of 1984. They were inseparable. You always seen them together. After he hurt his back in '92 he was a stay at home dad to his little Cassie "Pooh" who was born in 1990. They then had Bradley "bubba" in 1996.
He loves his kids unconditionally. That teenage daughter gave him a run for his money, but he never onced turned his back on his kiddos.
If you ever needed a laugh or needed a HILARIOUS story told, he was the man to go to. That man could make you laugh so hard till it hurt. You would literally beg him to stop. We would apologize to his nurse during hospital visits. I'm so sorry he can be a handful, they would just say are you kidding me. He is our favorite patient, when we leave the room our cheeks hurt.
The memories he left behind are unforgettable and the love will never leave our hearts.
A Golden heart stopped beating, his hard working hands went to rest, It broke our hearts to see you go, but we know God only takes the best.
