Chadwick W. Miller

Chadwick W. Miller, 41, of Saint Johns, passed away on February 28, 2011. He was born on February 26, 1970 in Gainesville, FL. with Ocala, Florida being his hometown. Chad was the General Manager for Mike Shad Nissan in Jacksonville. He was an active member of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville. Chad was an avid fan of the Florida Gators, enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Angel D. Miller of Saint Johns. Additional survivors include his four children, Chadwick W. Miller Jr., Alexis T. Miller, Hailey N. Miller, and Loren Russell with his wife Cassie; his father and mother, Walter F. & Pamela (Johns) Miller; his mother-in-law, Diane Thompson; his brother, Clifton R. Miller; his sister-in-law, Lisa Ford (Edward); his brother-in-law, Jimmy Cook (Lauren); his grandmother, Grace Alma DeLaet; his aunt, Mary Carr (Robert); his uncle, Randy Williams (Jan); his grandchildren, Jaiden & Riley Russell; and his cousins, Renee Johns Jones (Randy); Melanie Johns Dorrity (Shane); Becky Johns; Jennifer Williams Brummett (Blair); Joy Williams Karstaedt (Matt); and Jessica Williams Forte (Sean). Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 5th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 6th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
