Catherine Carolyn Riddle

Catherine Carolyn Riddle, 87, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013. Mrs. Riddle was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville and an active member of Collins Road Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archer A. Riddle; two daughters, Patricia Ann Woods Koslap and Veronice Williams; and one grandson, Shelbert Ray Woods. Survivors include one step-son, Bryan Riddle; five grandchildren, John Woods, Cathy Cole, Frank Woods, David Woods and Tereasa Smith; one sister, Mary Blackman; 7 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, other loving family and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 2, at Collins Road Baptist Church, with Pastor Chris Pappas officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Monday at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Collins Road Baptist Church, 6105 Collins Road, Jacksonville, FL 32244 or to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
