Carolyn White Best, 91, of Taylor Manor, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was born in Bartow, FL on January 16, 1930 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University. Candy was married to Donald Ross Best on December 18, 1954. She worked as a bookkeeper for several businesses in her career. Candy was a member of Arlington Presbyterian Church and had a passion for her family and her life! She will truly be missed by a great many people. Candy is survived by her children, Katheryn (Brian) Hughes, Cynthia (Erik) Genz, Kelly Hasty, Steven (Dorothy) Best, grandchildren Marisa and Maxwell Genz, Sarah (Michael) McBee, Taylor Hasty as well as Forrest (Reghan) and Hunter Best. A memorial service will be held in her honor at a future date in Fort Meade, FL.
