“Bubba” William Charles Blume, 60, passed away March 22, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born August 12, 1959 to William and Daisy Blume in Jacksonville, FL. Bubba graduated from Sandalwood High School and was a State Champion and All-Star pitcher for their baseball team. He loved hummingbirds and to go fishing. He is preceded in death by his son, William Allen Blume, who was a firefighter, who passed away in 2013. Bubba is survived by his son William Christopher Blume, sister Patricia Baden and brother David Raze Blume. A graveside service will be held in his honor on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 11:00am at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.
