Barbara was born to Dr. Morris Price and Ruby Price on May 31, 1954 in Jacksonville, Florida, where she spent the majority of her life. She attended Atlanta College of Art. She worked as a product designer for many of the top companies in the industry and was a renowned artist. She loved the beach, gardening, animals, the arts and had never met a stranger.
She is survived by her son, Lehlan Decker; her sisters Gail Schwartz (John) & Donna Price and many cousins and other relatives.
A memorial service on Sunday, August 29th at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
