Audrey Bass Coffey, age 88, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. Audrey was born October 23, 1933 in Brunswick, Georgia.
Audrey is preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas Bass and Rosie Bell Hulett Bass; sisters Maybelle Woodall and Mary Crissman; brothers Elton Bass, Alton Bass, Virgil Bass, and John Bass; and her children George Carey and Jacqueline Brown.
She is survived by her son, Michael Carey; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Audrey will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
