Arthur E. Stephens, 82, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born May 27, 1933 to Horace and Rohanna Stephens in Johnson City, TN. Arthur was a prankster at heart but ultimately loved his family. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Arlene, 2 daughters Susan (Kirk) Sechrist, Angela (Mark) McDonald, two brothers Charles Stephens, Carmen Stephens, five grandchildren Tim (Mary), Tony, Onrita, Amber, Jason, seven great-grandchildren Eddie, Michael, Cody, Zoe, Joelle, Conner and Justice. Visitation for friends will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 11am-1pm at Heavenly Heights Baptist Church, 6680 Dunn Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32218. Funeral services to begin at 1:00pm with graveside services at Riverside Memorial Park at 3:30pm.
