Arthur Lee Hall

Arthur Lee Hall, age 101, passed away January 1, 2017. Arthur was born May 23, 1915 in Ty Ty, Georgia to Jasper Newton and Ola Hall. He was one of the original members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Jacksonville, served as Communications Director to the Florida Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist, and most recently was a charter member of the Mandarin Seventh Day Adventist Church. Arthur was a member of the Arlington Optimist Club of Jacksonville and was also a member of the Southside Businessmen’s Club. Arthur loved to take his family boating and was a former member of the Power Squadron.

Arthur is survived by his loving children, daughters Delores Asbury and Sue Creekmore (Jeff); and son, Wayne Hall (Anna); grandchildren, Karen, Kevin, Kim, Jason, Amy, Robert, David, Jonathan, and Jacquelyn; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many extended family members. His beloved wife of 57 years, Anna May Hall preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 12:00pm at Town and Country Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
