Antonio Carvajal Simon, 76, passed away November 26, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center- Beaches. He was born March 15, 1936 in Cavite City Philippines.
Antonio was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Remedios Simon; one sister, Lourdes Owens and brother, Carlito Simon. He is survived by his two brothers Jesus (Carol) and Roberto (Fe) Simon; one sister, Alicia Ramos; sister-in-law, Ester Simon and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday, November 30, 2012 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd N., Jacksonville. Chapel service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the funeral Home.
