Anna Lou Sanders, 88, passed away Friday, March 2, 2012. She was born on March 14, 1923 in Dublin, Georgia to Drewery Hobbs and Corinne Davis Hobbs. Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Oocha Sanders and survived by her son, Jerry Oocha Sanders (Karan) of Seattle, Washington; her daughter, Linda Sanders Fowler (Wendell) of Jacksonville, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Brad Fowler, Heather Atchison, Christal Shafer, and Jerry O. Sanders, Jr.; and her 6 great-grandchildren. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 3:00pm, Georgia Memorial Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway, S.E., Marietta, Georgia 30060, with Pastor Ken Ellison officiating.
