OWENS - Ann Crenshaw Lackey Owens, 83, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. She was born on July 9, 1937 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Crenshaw Lackey and Lucille Spicer-Lackey. She was a teacher and long time member of DAR(Daughters of the American Revolution).
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Stephen Owens; a daughter, Lynn Owens Kercher(James); a brother, Jack Lackey; and two grandchildren, Ellen and Stephen Kercher.
