She is predeceased by her loving husband, Danese B. Crowder; sons, Victor C. “Chuck” Smith, Jr. and Donald V. Crowder; brother, Wayne Gillette; sisters, Lila Bachelor and Joyce White; and her parents, Nell Silvernail Marshall and William T. Marshall

Macy is survived by her son, William G. “Fritz” (Angie) Smith; daughters; Macy Ann (Joe) Kirkland, and Maureen M. Crowder; daughter-in-law, Annette Hartley (Chuck) Smith; 11 grandchildren, Shara L. (Billy) Slankard, Nika M. Price, Austin W. Kirkland, Jenee V. (Karl) Friebel, Emily M. Kirkland, Shelby M. Smith, Joseph W. Kirkland III, Charles B. Smith, Joseph H. Bishop III, Madison D. Bishop, and Logan N. Byers; 3 great grandchildren, Aslyn R. Slankard, Hunter W. Slankard, and Lillian D. Combs; and her sister, Sharon G. (Wesley) Boswell.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018 in Mandarin Church of God Of Prophecy, 3844 Burnett Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257, reception to follow in fellowship hall
