ANITA R. VALENTIN – Anita passed away peacefully at the age of 91 on Monday, September 11, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband Miguel, her son, Armando and her daughter Margarita. Anita is survived by six children, Natividad, Miguel, Alfonso, Alicia, Rafael, and David. She has been blessed with 31 Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Mom always had a smile on her face and was always happy no matter what situation would arise. This was because of her strong faith in God. Her favorite saying was “If you don’t have anything nice to say…don’t say anything at all”. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3383 University Blvd. N. Jacksonville, FL 32277 with a Graveside Service to follow at Prince of Peace Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 6320 Bennett Road, Jacksonville, FL
