After graduating high school, Anita married Glenn Greyson Mathis on June 22, 1996. She was a licensed insurance agent and the owner of ACM Insurance, LLC in Yulee, FL.
Anita was predeceased by her Husband, Glenn Mathis, Father, George Snow; step-father Joseph Johnson, Grandma Velva Lou Bradley, Grandpa A.G. Higginbotham.
She is survived by her Mother, Mary Johnson; her son James Dobyns. Daughters Heather Connell [Gregory], Alyssa Bedwell [Jakobe]. Daughter in law Jamie Brazee, Also her sisters Karen Snow and Jeannie Richerson. Anita leaves behind five grandchildren.
Anita was a member of the Baptist faith.
A visitation for Anita will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
