Alma "Arlene" Wilson

Alma “Arlene” Wilson, age 86, passed away on February 18, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Toledo. OH on November 17, 1937 to Dean Benjamin Chase and Ethel Caroline Haring. After graduating high school, she married Herbert Randy Wilson on January 5, 1957.

She worked at the Revlon Cosmetics factory and at the Agape Christian bookstore for many years. Arlene enjoy many hobbies and interests, Bingo, Garage Sales, her church, The Springs Church, Westside Campus, and church events, and volunteering. She loved being a Navy wife and doing things with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Ann Prince (Richard), Diana Bodiford (Larry) and Kim Wilson; her son Darryl Wilson (Linda); nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by brothers, Dean Chase and Harvey Chase; husband, Herbert Randy Wilson; and parents, Dean and Ethel Chase.

A visitation for Alma will be held Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Monday, February 26, 2024 at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
