Ada Carol Keene

Carol was born in Plant City, Florida in 1946, and later relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. She was a kind, compassionate, giving Christian woman with an extensive career in the banking industry. She loved her family deeply, always protecting and helping those around her and made sure they felt accepted and loved. With her great sense of humor, she kept those around her laughing. She enjoyed spending time with family, shopping, and watching old westerns, like Bonanza.

She last lived in her home in Jacksonville with her son Kelly and his wife, Kerri. She is survived by her daughter Darlene; son Kelly and his wife Kerri; 6 grandchildren including Amber and her husband Nathaniel, Autumn, and Lisa; great-grandson Charles Grayson; and her brother Renus. Special thanks to Community Hospice for all their help and support.

A visitation for Carol will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd. in Jacksonville, Florida 32205. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
