Winnie M. Tarrance

She is survived by her Son, Kevin; Daughter, Shelia, Five Grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Adam, Bethany and Hannah and three Great grandchildren, Josh, Cole and Presley, in-laws and many friends throughout the area, especially Sarah and Mrs. “B.”

Winnie was born in South Carolina on Feb. 17, 1933 and moved to Jacksonville in 1969. Her children were always the foremost important issue to her. She moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1982 where she spent time with her beloved dogs and was always looking to share a joke with anyone she could. She loved collecting recipes and cooking was always sharing samples with friends and associates throughout the beaches. Winnie was an independent woman who took care of herself, her home and her beloved pets.
