Walter J. Brugger Jr., 69, of Ponte Vedra Beach, passed away early Tuesday morning, August 26th.
MMCS Brugger served in the U.S. Navy for 22 years. He was originally stationed aboard the USS Wren DD-568 upon enlisting with the Navy. He traveled the world while on tour and enjoyed the sites, living life to the fullest. Walter was an amazing father and husband who was loved by all.
Walter was preceded in death by his father, Walter J. Brugger Sr. in December 1985. He is survived by his mother, Beatrice Brugger, four brothers, Richard Brugger, Laurence (Red) Brugger, Blaise Brugger, James (Jimmy) Brugger, his wife, Barbara Brugger and daughter, Deanna Williams.
