Thomas John Weppel, 48, passed away, unexpectedly at his home in Neptune Beach, December 12, 2012. He worked in Media Advertising for radio and television. A resident of Neptune Beach for 23 years, his passion was living the beach lifestyle including daily oceanfront runs and swimming with dolphins. Survivors include his parents, John & Judith Weppel; sister, Susan Frizsell (husband, Dan) and nephews, Gabe & Max Frizsell. No local services will be announced.
