Robert Lloyd “Bob” Carter, 81, of Jacksonville Beach, passed December 2, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on Sept. 3, 1940 and graduated from Ft. Lauderdale High School.
He married Betty Carter on Feb. 6, 1961. Bob was an entrepreneur owning Carter’s Bait & Tackle and Tarpon Wholesale Distributors. Fishing was his passion!
In addition to his wife, Betty, he is survived by his children, Russell Lloyd Carter, Anita Carter Millar and Carolyn Carter Moldovanyi; and grandchildren, Amanda Blakeslee, Alina Niedzwiecki, MacKenzie Carter and Lacey Wilkerson.
Graveside services for Bob Carter will be held 10 AM, Saturday, Dec. 11th at Lee Kirkland Cemetery, Jacksonville Beach, FL.
