Olga Elizabeth Battisti, 85, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away February 15, 2018. She was born in Jacksonville on February 25, 1932 and graduated from Fletcher High School.
Married to John Louis Battisti, Jr., on January 5, 1951, Olga was a loving homemaker and had a passion for playing the piano and travel.
She is survived by her husband, John; son, John L. Battisti III (wife Lourdes and step-grandchildren Aiden Rivera and Alena Rodriguez); daughters: Theresa A. Sheehan (husband Mark) and Elizabeth R. Bond; grandchildren: Heather Sheehan (wife Kayleigh Stevens), Sarah Sheehan, Megan Gravley (husband Matthew), Erin Sheehan, Lance Bond, Andrew Bond, John L. Battisti IV, Jocelyn Acosta (husband Franco), Joseph Battisti, and great-grandson, Mason Ray Gravley.
Funeral arrangements will be held from 10am-12pm Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
