Harry and Harold, I know the holidays were hard for you two to spend without June. I too miss her dearly and have only been back to the bowling alley three times since she passed. Once because I had to help do a routine K9 sweep, once to take some cub scouts bowling, and the last time was because my boss made me go to lunch with him there. It is very hard to be there without her. The manager there let me sit at her desk, and it took me back to the countless times she and I shared there, as well as other places at the base. I remember how much she liked the ladybug toy I brought her once day, and she put it on her computer. It was still there last time I looked, but that was several months ago. She was one of those wonderful friends where even though we couldn't see each other that much, we would pick up where we left off, and it was as if no time had passed at all. I met her through Tom and Evelyn, and am forever grateful for the opportunity to have known her and you, and to have watch your son grow up. Sorry it has taken so long to post this, but was not able to summon up the strength to do so until now. God bless you all, and please give me a call if you need anything 904-626-2829.
