Joseph Anthony Barbaro

Joseph A. Barbaro, 88, of Atlantic Beach, Florida, passed away September 2, 2019. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 15, 1930. He married Bernice Giachinta on September 12, 1954; she preceded him in death.

Joseph worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Maintenance Supervisor. He had a passion for cooking and light gardening.

He is survived by his children, Angela, Camille, Michele, and Joey; grandchildren, Michael, Meghan, Anthony, Jessica, John, Brandon and Briana; great-grandchildren Tyler, Owen, Zachary, Kayla, Lilyana and Zoey.

Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 9, 2019 with visitation 1-hour before service at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
