Joan Welch

Joan graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School. Following graduation, she worked in accounting at Champion Brands for 47 years. Joan had a passion for reading and travel. Some of her biggest joys in life were spending time with her family at theme parks and watching her children, grandchild and great nieces and nephews participate in soccer, cheerleading and singing.

She is survived by her children, Jason Welch (Stephanie) and Brittany Davis (Jonathan); grandchild Gavin Welch; her sister Barbara (David) Vail; sister-in law Jeronda Davidson; niece and nephews, Kristen (Rolando) Reyes, and Bryan and Brandon Davidson; great nieces and nephews Bryce (Kendall), Anthony and Aliegha Reyes and Sada Davidson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Charles “Skip” Davidson.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 02:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl 32250.
