Gay Lou Rutledge, 87, passed away on November 14, 2012. She was born August 24, 1925 in Supulpa, Oklahoma to Samuel and Nell Ingraham. Gay was a longtime member and twice past president of Baptist Beaches Hospital Auxiliary. She was an avid runner and participated in many local races.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Rutledge and three sons, Keith Pocock, Bryan Pocock and Wyn Pocock.
Memorial services will be held at First Christian Church of the Beaches, 2125 Ocean Front, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 on November 24 at 11am. All of her friends are welcome to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gay’s honor to Community Hospice of NE Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd Jacksonville, FL 32257.
