Gail Marie Dean Crumbley

She was born in Manhattan, New York on April 25, 1957 to Albert and Jennie Dean. Gail Graduated from Fletcher High School in 1975. She married James T Crumbley Jr. on April 10, 1976, and later divorced in June 2000. Gail worked hard at everything she was involved in. She was a softball coach for Jax Beach Little League for many years, Worked at Polly B Dance Studio, ran an in-home daycare, was an admin for a boating company, and finally was a cook at Cinotti’s bakery. Gail was a member of Ocean Park Baptist Church most of her life, and was baptized in 1972. She loved the Lord, and her Family very much, and made many many lasting relationships from both church and the community that will be cherished forever. Gail loved anyone who would talk to her like they were her own children, and Loved to share stories! Gail was probably the biggest Florida Gator Football fan ever, and loved to go watch them play. Her favorite TV shows were The Golden Girls & Days of our Lives.

She is survived by her Mother; Jennie Dean. Her Children; James R Crumbley (Jehn), Selena M Long (Cliff), Karen A Crumbley, & Katelyn L Evans. Her Grandchildren; Kacie, Austin, Courtney, Elijah, Jade, Ethan, Ashley, Alex, Ava, Myah, Nevaeh & Erica. Great Grandchild; Lydia. Her Brothers & Sisters; Maureen Stone, Buddy Dean (Tammy), Gloria Hurst (John), Robert Dean (Lisa), Janet Bonaventure (Chris), and so many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial Service will be held at 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Christ’s Church; 6045 Greenland Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32258. We would like to honor her by wearing her favorite color, Blue or Purple. Reception to immediately follow service.
