ROBERTS- Freeman Roberts, 80, passed away May 17, 2010. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Jacksonville 18 months ago from Natick, Massachusetts. Mr. Roberts was talented in woodworking, making toys for many children. He touched many hearts in his lifetime.
Survivors include his wife, Blanche; daughters, Nancy Foster and her husband, Joe, and Debbie Roberts; and two grandchildren, Anthony and Katerina.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
