COLLINS- Frank Max Collins, 89, passed April 21, 2011. A resident of Atlantic Beach since 1968, he founded the Frank Collins Corporation in 1954 and worked until he retired at the age of 80. He was the founding member of Selva Marina Country Club.
He was predeceased by his wife, Ollie A. Collins.
Survivors include his sons, Nick Collins (Shirley) and Terrell Collins (Cheryl); a sister, Catherine; grandchildren, Charlotte, Katie, Ben, Justin, Leigh, Stephanie, Dawn, and Dayle; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2011, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach. Interment will follow in H. Warren Smith Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
