Fran Sue Braswell, 56, passed away unexpectedly September 7, 2012 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. She was born March 16, 1956 at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia to Noah W. and Ruby Braswell.
Fran is survived by her daughters Meria Miller and Sebrina Grogan; five grandchildren; sister Alice Faye Braswell; niece Samatha Wilson; fiancé Clarence “Tuffy” Butler and many other friends and relatives.
Fran was renowned for her seafood cooking and love of life. She also enjoyed fishing, the beach (picking up shark’s teeth), country music and classic rock, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
The family held a private celebration of her life on September 15 at Hannah Park on the beach.
