Hard to believe it's been 6 years ago - seems like yesterday all so vivid in my mind.  You are missed always!!! and loved more than ever.  We had such good times and the memories are everlasting.

No words will express the void in our lives without Doug, Our Captain.  Neil and I are grieving Doug's loss as a hole in our hearts.  Our prayers to you Donna as we cannot imagine the loss you are experiencing.  May God find you to remember Doug with smiles, as I know Doug will be watching over us all.  Condolences to Donna's and Doug's family, colleagues, and friends.  He cared so much about each and everyone of us.  Rest in Peace Doug, we will miss you so much. 

A beloved member of our family is gone and we are all devastated. He was wonderful in every way, a wonderful husband to my sister and the best brother (in law) I could ever have asked for. Doug was one of a kind.  He had extraordinary work ethics and a charm of about him that made you want to be near him.  We've stayed up nights till early mornings talking about world politics, current events, money, retirement.  He had a wealth of information and he research everything to the nth degree.  His memory will remain in my heart.  I will miss him very much!   Donna, I'm only a phone call away anytime you need me.  Diana

The love of my life is gone and we had such grand future plans for retirement. He cared so much for all the people he dealt with and tried to do the best under the circumstances - you know he always tried to do the best things to help. I hope he knows how much much he was loved.
I can't explain my broken heart but hopefully my dad and Jill were there to welcome him with open hearts. My dear Doug I love you more than words can say - Donna

Aunt Barbara, Jeff and Rick,
I send condolences and prayers on behalf of myself and my Mother  your niece/cousin and sister/aunt.  It is never easy to loose a child or sibling but know that Doug has gone home to our Lord and  will always be in your hearts.  Donna, although we have never met, I send you prayers and strength as you try to make sense of this great loss.  I know from my own experience giving yourself time and letting friends and family surround you with their love is essential. I am Doug's cousin from Canada and was so sad to hear this news.  Although we lost contact because his family moved to Florida, I have fond memories of spending time with him when we were young. We always spent family Christmas together. I have kept in contact with his mom, my Aunt Barb and send my condolences to the family.  Doreen.

Doug was such a pleasure to work with, was such a hard worker, took pride in what he did and at the end of the day was always able to smile and make others smile or laugh. It was my pleasure to have known him! R.I.P. Doug!

Donna, We didn't have the opportunity to spend much time with Doug, but the few occasions we were together, he was so easy to talk to--like we'd been friends for years.  I know you will miss him terribly.  Praying that God will comfort your breaking heart and carry you through the coming days.  Scripture tells us that God placed eternity in the heart of man--somehow we all sense and believe we will wake up every morning, and we will, either on this earth or in the very presence of our Creator. Peace to you and everyone that loved Doug, especially his precious momma and brother.

It has been my great joy to have worked with Doug for many years at Frick. I will truly miss interacting with him. Please accept my deepest sympathies & know that Doug will not be forgotten.
