August 30, 1966 and graduated from Terry Parker high school. Christy received her BSN from Florida Junior College. Her empathetic and compassionate nature aided her in being an
amazing nurse for 25+ years. She is survived by her twin daughters Kaylee and Alyssa Puttbach, step-son Drew Puttbach, expected granddaughter Raylin Webb, step-brother Bubba
Shaw, step-sister Cindy Shaw and step-mother Lee Renfroe.
A visitation for Christina will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, followed by a celebration of life at 6pm.
