Carol Ann Meade Garofalo, 72, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 1, 2011. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she has been a resident of Jacksonville for more than 25 years. She was devoted to her family and will be remembered for her kindness and generosity towards all.
Survivors include her husband Frank “Tom” Garofalo with who she recently celebrated 54 years of marriage; sons, Thomas (Margie), Philip, and Kevin (Jeanie) Garofalo; daughter, Gina Marie Garofalo; brother, R.G. Meade; sister-in-law, Lucy Meade; and grandchildren, Andrea, Nicole, Tommy, Selena, Kassidy and Rory.
