Ruby Mae Hanna Sisk

Ruby was born on February 28, 1948 in Hornsby, TN, the youngest of eleven children born to the late Thomas Jefferson and Ora Mae Russom Hanna. She was a longtime retail sales clerk at Wal-Mart where she retired. Ruby is also a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Mayrene Goodspeed, Irene Sparks, Gilene Ellcessor, Louise McCullar, Odene Crouse, Betty Kratz, James Hanna, Bobby Joe Hanna, Barney Hanna, and Hugh Thomas Hanna.

She is survived by her loving husband, Danny Sisk; three children, Jeff Sisk (Stephanie), Brian Sisk (Renee), and Shellie Plumley (Matthew); and six grandchildren, Kyle Sisk, Hallie Sisk, Mitchell Sisk, Ivy Plumley, Sophie Plumley, and Bo Plumley.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. with Bro. Rick Babin, Pastor of Liberty Grove Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Grove Cemetery.
