Robert Lee Noble 80 of Jackson died at Jackson Madison County General on Thursday December 21, 2017. A Funeral Mass will be conducted where Robert was a communicant at St. Marys Catholic Church at 10:00 am on Wednesday December 27, 2017. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
He was born on January 23, 1937 in South Bend, IN to Herbert and Josephine Noble, who have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Norma Kent and a Grandson, Matthew Turner.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Lois and Son, Robert J. Noble (Shelly) daughters Nancy M. Miller (Dale), Wendy S. Swinney (Tony), 5 beloved grandchildren, Chad Turner (Anna), Trey Turner, Josh Miller, Daniel and Krista, and a great grandson Witt Turner. He is also survived by a sister Carol Rupchock of Bellevue, WA.
Robert worked for Bendix (Honeywell Intl.) for 30 years until he retired. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in Korea.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 26, 2017 at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
