Rita Eads, age 78 of Jackson, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010 in Savannah, TN.
She is survived by three daughters, JoAnne Love of Jackson, Janet Phillips of Savannah, TN, Mary Phillips of Houston, TX; two sons, Ray Eads, Jr. and John Eads, both of Jackson, TN; a sister, Margaret Quattrochi of Yonkers; a brother, Charles Townsend; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Eads was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Eads, Sr.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, at the South Chapel.
