Pamela was born on April 19, 1960 in Jackson, TN as two of five children to Ralph Frederick Landers and Doris Ann Green Landers. Pam was received peacefully by God into heaven at the age 61 on February 24, 2022 at her home in Jackson, TN surrounded by her family and friends. She has two children, Austin Ellis George and Brooke Lauren George with Paul Ellis George. She graduated from Union University with an associates degree in nursing in May 1993. Her professional career was dedicated to serving those in need as a Registered Nurse in a home health care setting. Pam was a breast cancer advocate as she was one of the greatest warriors against this disease, she had many "pink sisters".
She loved the Lord with all of her heart, soul and mind as it was clearly seen through her actions and spirit. She was a servant to the Lord. She was a faithful member of Soul Quest Church shepherded by Pastor Ronnie Coleman.
She was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, several uncles and aunts and her father, Ralph Landers.
She is survived by her two precious children, Austin Ellis George (Jordan); her daughter, Brook Lauren George; two grandchildren, Juniper Rayne George, Zayne Ellis George, her mother Doris Ann Landers, and fiancé Robert Davis. She leaves behind her beloved siblings Tina Landers, Fred Landers (Lisa), Glenn Landers, and Andy Landers (Carmelita). In addition, she leaves behind many nephews, nieces, cousins, and a multitude of friends and her dear pets.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday evening, February 28, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Tuesday morning, March 1, 2022, beginning at 10 a.m. going until the time of the service.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home with her brother, Andy Landers, officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
Pallbearers to serve will be Adam Schaffer, Ethan Landers, Kyle Whitworth, Wesley Roberts, Brint Earney and Wesley Davis will honor Pam as she is laid to rest.
