Mildred was born on October 7, 1935 in Jackson, TN, the daughter of the late Johnny W. Lowrance and Iva Louellen Lowrance. In her earlier years, she was a farmer's wife but later became a truck driver where she met and married her husband and they transported together.
Mildred is survived by her husband, Gerald Rayl; her children, Wesley Giles (Selina) and Patricia Parris (Dale); four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A graveside service for Mildred will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Gardens.
