Dear Granny, I miss you alot. It has been 1, 315 days since you passed. I miss hearing your voice and you making my day 20000 Xs better. You were my everything. You meant the whole world to me. You were my "Granny Meeks". I remember going over there and hang out with you and laying in your lap while you were sitting in your recliner while you would tickle my back. :) God knows I miss those days. Only God knows how much I miss you. Its August 7th 2021, and I still cant get over how much I miss you. I know you would be very proud of me. I have acheived a lot of my goals. I have one year left of high school. I hope to achieve my dreams of becoming an anesthesiologist. They make BANK! :) Thank you for all the wonderful, fun , and loving memories you have left me with . I will never forget about you. I cant wait to reunite with you in Heaven. I love you Granny. - Maddie.

Hugs and prayers and sincere sympathy to everyone.  She will always hold a special place in my heart.

Mary was a Very special friend and a second mother to me.  We have had many great times together.  We use to go out to eat together on Friday nights and laugh so much we were afraid of being kicked out of the restaurant !! We had a very honest and trusting relationship, sharing the good and the bad (including secrets), and never had a bad word between us in the 30 plus years we knew each other.  That has always meant so much to me. She was always there for me when I needed a shoulder to cry on and I was there for her.  I could not have asked for a better "second mother".  When my mom moved back here they became good friends and "smoking buddies". My mom told her many times how much she appreciated her being there for me when she was not able to be. They were so much alike it was not funny !! They use to talk about their boys playing baseball together and how they use to get so excited and yell and cheer and then fuss at the umpires !! The list could go on and on!
Family, I want you all to know how proud and how much she loved you all.  She told me that so many times.  Brock, you were her special one.  You lived with her and showed how much you loved her in many ways, including taking such good care of her.  She was so proud of you and appreciated you for what you did for her (and I also).  I know we will miss her so much, but knowing she is in heaven and not suffering is a comfort.  Hugs, prayers and God's blessings of comfort to you all.  
 RIP my sweet sweet Mary and I will see you again some day.  Thank you for being such a big part in my life.  I will always have you in my heart.  I love you.
