Linda Darlene Laux

She was born on August 13, 1954 in Waukegan, IL, to Hubert S Carter and the late Betty Keeling Creekmore.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her son, Samuel David Carter.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Michael S. Laux of Pinson, TN; her son, Russ (LaDana) Garrison of Stanton, TN and her daughter Candice (Chris) Hicks of Hamilton, AL; Sisters, Gloria (Terry) Lundy of Hamilton, AL and Robin (Jim) Ferrell of Jackson, TN; brothers, Michael (Rhonda) Carter, Tom Carter, Patrick (Stephanie) Carter and Tim Carter, all of Hamilton, AL and Adam (Lynn) Carter Of Gainesville, GA.

She was extremely blessed with 5 amazing grandchildren, Montana, Kellen, Logan, Henley & Jonah and 4 beautiful great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her Great-Aunt, Marty Fancher, whom she loved like a mother and her two cousins, Peni and Terri Keeling, whom she loved like sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews.
