John Thomas Stephenson, Jr., age 76 of Jackson, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 29, 2021.
He was born July 1, 1944 to the late John Thomas and Dorothy Stephenson. He graduated from Jackson High School and attended Lambuth College in Jackson.
Tommy, as he was known to his many friends, worked for Bancorp South for over forty years. He was also a member of First United Methodist Church in Jackson.
Tommy is survived by his sister, Olivia Stainback and her husband, Carter.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Hollywood Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Bromley officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to First United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tommy's memory.
