Helen S. Cockerel, 66 of Jackson passed away on May 25, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday May 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with burial to follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Cockerel was born on December 7, 1952 in Lincoln Nebraska to late Grover, and Evelyn Hammonds Dickenson. She retired an L.P.N from UT family practice.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years John Cockerel; son, Kenny Sutherland and wife Wendy of Jackson and granddaughter; Brooke Sutherland also of Jackson.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 pm
