Mrs. Genie Kolb passed away on July 18, 2019, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
A Memorial service will be conducted on Monday July 22, 2019, at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Larry Murphy officiating.
Mrs. Kolb was born in Jackson,TN on September 26, 1956, to the late Bobby and Betty Beard Fesmire. She worked for T.D.O.T and was Baptist In Faith.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents Elvis and Dorothy Fesmire, O.B. and Grace Beard, and step-brother Tommy Cross.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Kolb, daughter Stacey Sims and husband Brandon, son Aaron Kolb and wife Rebecca, sister Charlotte Drinkard and husband Frankie, brother Joel Fesmire, brother Vince Fesmire and wife Staci, sister-in-law Rebecca Kolb, granddaughters Kylie Sawyer, Harper Kolb, and Austen Kolb, and other family members including aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 21st from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm and will resume on Monday from 10 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am
Memorial Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
