Gary Eugene Scott

He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Scott and mother, Vonnell Matchell.

He is survived by his wife, Aiza Scott of Cebu, Philippines; two daughters, Brandy Scott Burton and Laura Scott, both of Jackson, TN; two brothers, Ken Scott (Martha Jo) of Jackson, TN and Robert Scott (Lynn) of Arab, AL; stepfather, Howard Matchell of Jackson, TN; aunt, Gladys Gowan of Jackson, TN; one niece, three nephews, several cousins and his childhood best friend of 60+ years, Terry Jo King (Kathy) of Bemis, TN.

Gary served in the United States Army from January 1975 to July 1975 and received an honorable discharge.

A Memorial service with Military Honors will be held at George A Smith & Sons South Chapel on Saturday September 5, 2020 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am.

Mr. Scott was cremated per his wishes and will be spread over his parents' graves following the memorial service with immediate family.
