She was born on August 8, 1950 in Huntingdon, TN. Her parents were Luther and Christine Mann
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dewayne Mann; and niece, Rosalee Mann.
She is survived by her sister in law and caregiver Debbie Mann, nephew and caregiver David Mann, niece and caregiver Krissi Mann.
